Key Responsibilities:

As an LPN with Milestone, Inc., you'll:

👩â€âš•ï¸ Coordinate and perform nursing duties and procedures to ensure the comfort and well-being of individuals.

👩â€âš•ï¸ Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to establish health/medical goals for individuals.

👩â€âš•ï¸ Maintain effective communication with individuals, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring continuity of care.

👩â€âš•ï¸ Administer medications and treatments, closely monitoring individuals' reactions and responding promptly to any adverse events. 👩â€âš•ï¸ Keep accurate medical records and ensure compliance with licensing standards and regulations.

👩â€âš•ï¸ Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of individuals with care and compassion.

👩â€âš•ï¸ Participate in in-service training, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

🎓 Current State of Illinois License in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse.

🎓 CPR certification.

🎓 Ability to intervene confidently and compassionately in behavioral and health-related crises.

🎓 Must pass background check in accordance with DCFS standards.
