A high school diploma or equivalent.
Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia.
Currently certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
Two years’ experience as LPN.
Ability to do frequent lifting and turning of patients, singularly and with other staff members and equipment; and ability to interact professionally with patients and families.
Ability to stand or walk 90% of the day; Ability to bend and stoop frequently.
Near visual acuity needed to work with charts. Hearing and speech are essential to communicate with patients and residents.

Conditions of Employment
