About the Job

We are seeking an LPN for our Newark, DE practice. The LPN will work under the supervision of a licensed authority, contributing to the nursing process through various tasks.

Primary Functions:

Gather patient data and collaborate with the healthcare team on care plans.

Provide care that meets professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Administer medications and vaccines safely as prescribed.

Assist providers with procedures within the LPN scope.

Perform point of care testing and document patient intake.

Participate in quality improvement activities.

Screen patient and family calls, gathering information for escalation.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

Active DE LPN licensure.

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
