Licensed Practical Nurse. - All Ways Caring HomeCare.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LPT/LVN) to provide direct and indirect care to clients in their homes, following organizational policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering skilled nursing care per physician's orders and documenting all actions and client health status.
• Administering medications and providing health education to clients.
• Conducting nursing assessments and ensuring compliance with state and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with the RN and other healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Training new employees and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, current state license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Home health care experience is preferred. Salary: $25.00/hour.
