Licensed Practical Nurse - Mobile Unit - West Virginia Employer

ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a part-time on-site role on our mobile unit for a Licensed Practical Nurse. Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare providers, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. QUALIFICATIONS: * Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Monitoring skills * Phlebotomy Experience a plus * Collaboration and Communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment * Active LPN license in the state of West Virginia * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Experience in community health or primary care settings is a plus * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Experience with Electronic Medical Records * Valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
