Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Weekend Baylor Program
Location: Shenandoah Senior Living Community, Shenandoah, PA
Pay Range: $25.50 - $27.50/Hour

About the Role:

Join our Weekend Baylor Program and enjoy a schedule designed for work-life balance. LPNs in this program work 30 hours and get paid for 37.5 hours, with access to full-time benefits. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while earning competitive pay and benefits.

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time: 6:30 AM - 11:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday)
• Full-Time: 2:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Saturday and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring all care is administered in accordance with care plans and facility standards.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and changes in their health.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
