The Position:
We’re looking for compassionate, committed, confident, competent and conscientious Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Locations: Stamford, CT and Norwalk, CT
Type of Facility: Nursing Home
Shift: All Shifts, Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay Rate: $25 - $27 per hour

Requirements:
- Resume
- Connecticut LPN License and Registration
- BLS/CPR
- 2 Reference Letters
- 2 IDs (must show proof of eligibility to work in the US)
- Nursing Diploma
- Physical Exam and PPD
- Proof of Immunity for Mumps, Measles, Rubella and Varicella with titer levels
- Drug Test
- Proof of Flu Shot (during Flu Season, Sept.-May)
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other medical supervisor, provides basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens. Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Provides routine care, observing patients’ health, assisting doctors and registered nurses, and communicating with patients and families. Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation. Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition. Consults with RNs on care plans.
