Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN - Beach Breeze Rehab and Care

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility: Beach Breeze Rehab and Care
Pay Rate: Up to $33/hr

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments per federal, state, local, and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to provide exceptional resident care.
• Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Follow individualized care plans for residents’ specific needs.
• Perform wound care and related treatments.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA policies, respecting the rights of residents, family members, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Dedication to improving residents' quality of life.
