Responsibilities:

Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers

Medication requisitions and administration

Follow center policies

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Report abnormal changes in residents' conditions

Qualifications:

LPN licensed by the State

CPR Certification required

Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
