Bonus at 90 days: $500

Rates:

Mon-Friday

• $30.14 hrly- Day Shift: 7-3pm (overtime rate $45.21)
• $33.14- Evening Shift 10% Differential: 3p-11/ 11p-7a (overtime rate $49.71)

Weekend Sat/ Sunday Differential:

• $32.14-All Shifts (overtime rate $48.21)

Benefits: Full, comprehensive medical benefits and tuition reimbursement

Location: Staten Island, NY skilled nursing facility

Job Type: Full-time, every other weekend

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Education Level: Associate Degree in Nursing; Current LPN License in New York

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Staten Island, NY. As an integral part of our healthcare team, the LPN will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the registered nurse and healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
