Salary: $28.50 - $48.04
Work Schedule: 4 - 10-hour shifts or 5 - 8-hour shifts per week.
Bonus: $5000 Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities:
As an LPN, you will deliver essential bedside care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, changing dressings, and collecting samples for medical tests. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and foster positive relationships with both colleagues and residents. LPNs work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment, ensuring the well-being of each resident, including those with complex dementia or mental health conditions. Adherence to program regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, is imperative.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of LPN experience in long-term residential care or mental health settings preferred.
- Current LPN License through OSB in good standing
- Effective communication with residents' families, RNs, GNPs, caregivers, and other medical professionals
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Pass successful drug screening and criminal background check.
- Familiarity with Eldermark Software or similar electronic resident record systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
