Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical and psychological needs under RN supervision.

Implement treatment plans and administer medications, including IV therapy.

Assist in medical procedures and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.

Participate in mandatory training and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing school.

Preferred one year of clinical experience.

Current LPN licensure and CPR certification required.
