We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The LPN will assist in patient care under the supervision of a provider or registered nurse, participating in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and facilitating communication with patients and families.

Education: High school diploma and completion of an accredited LPN program.

Certifications: LPN license, BLS within 30 days, and PALS or PEARS within one year.

Experience: No minimum required; 1 year preferred.
