Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ADECCO

You will be working with a robust clinical team specializing in primary care. you will work closely and collaboratively with your teammates to greet and assess the patients.

Requirements:

• Must possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and integrity, driven and focused work ethic?
• Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and work effectively
• Ability to work effectively with various seniorities and diverse populations including staff, providers, members, family members, insurance carriers, vendor sand market leadership
• Strong communicator that is customer-oriented?
• Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks, and find solutions to prevent future issues and resolve recurring defects
• Experience with claims/quality reports and analytical software packages
• Skills in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software
• Ability to travel on occasion for company meetings

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) required?
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program?
• A current, active LPN license in desired state of employment?
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience as an LPN, preferably in a clinic setting?
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required
• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus
• eClinicalWorks experience preferred, or similar EHR
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and creative thinking skills

Shift Hours:

Monday – Friday 8a-5p

Pay and Compensation:

• $26/hr - $36/hr
