Pay
$26-$30 per hour  
 
Qualifications - Education & Experience
Required:
- At least 1 year of work experience as a LPN.
- Nebraska LPN License.
- High school diploma or equivalent education (GED).
- BLS for Healthcare Providers.
- 6+ months' blood draw, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and/or IV experience.
Preferred:
- EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience.
- Experience working with geriatric patients.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Able to travel occasionally for meetings.

Job Description
The LPN will play an essential role in supporting the PCP in daily operations, ensuring efficient and compassionate care for patients, and collaborating closely with team members to greet and prepare patients for appointments and assist in evaluating their health conditions by conducting routine diagnostic tests. Key Responsibilities:
 
- Conduct patient intake: measure vital signs, interview patients, gather medical histories.
- Perform examinations and screenings, addressing patient concerns.
- Engage actively with patients, reporting condition changes to the PCP.
- Manage patient communications: return calls and route inquiries.
- Perform venipunctures and IV starts as state regulations permit.
- Assist with first aid tasks under physician supervision, including dressing changes and CPR when necessary.
