Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care like a boss, adhering to the highest professional standards.
- Administer medications and treatments like a pro, following healthcare providers' prescriptions.
- Monitor and assess residents' health with eagle-like precision and update patient records with accuracy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans like a team player.
- Ensure residents' comfort and cleanliness by following the latest infection control protocols like a tidy guru.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow healthcare team members like a master communicator.
What We're Looking For:
- A current LPN license in the state of Ohio (you’ve got this!).
- CPR certification (boom!).
- Proven experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting is preferred (show us what you've got!).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills (bring your smarts!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bring your charm!).
