Key Responsibilities:

• Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Perform duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures with precision.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and resident outcomes.
• Uphold confidentiality and residents’ rights, complying with HIPAA policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred.
