Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). - RIVER CITY LIVING CENTER.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Jefferson City, Missouri. The LPN will be responsible for:

• Providing nursing care to assigned patients
• Administering and recording medications and treatments
• Reinforcing health care instructions to patients and families
• Collaborating with team members in planning and evaluating care
• Assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Observing and reporting vital signs and patient conditions
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients
• Assisting with unit management as needed
