Position Summary:
- The available positions require nurses to effect quality and continuity of care on an ongoing basis. Our nurses ensure holistic and measured quality of care.
- Our nurses serve as a liaison for clinical communication, resource management and the promotion of quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes. Case notes are important.
- Nurses help clients achieve wellness and autonomy through advocacy, assessment, planning, communication, education, resource management, service facilitation, and use of evidence-based guidelines or standards.
- Nurses provide emotional support and encouragement for patients.
