We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ICF Department, dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:
As an LPN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the well-being of residents in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments.

Monitor and document residents' health status.

Assist in developing individualized care plans.

Collaborate with the healthcare team.

Maintain accurate medical records.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in Tennessee.

Previous healthcare experience, preferably in an ICF.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
