About the Job

HomePointe HealthCare is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and young adults in a home setting. LPNs will enjoy the independence of working outside traditional hospital environments, with a focus on one-to-one nurse-to-child ratios and self-scheduling.

Pay: $25-$27.5/hr

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care under RN supervision

Requirements:

Valid Indiana Nursing License

Valid driver's license
