Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). - Genie Healthcare.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Assist in discharge planning and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Perform sterile processing of medical equipment.
• Lift and transfer patients safely.
• Catheterize patients as needed.
• Provide urgent care services.
• Administer IV infusions under supervision.
• Support daily operations in a medical office.
• Maintain BLS certification for emergencies.

Skills:

• Experience with injections and catheterization.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and medical record maintenance.
• Familiarity with sterile processing techniques.
• Experience in urgent care settings is a plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Location: Fort Ashby, WV (preferred)
