Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Evenings - Tandym

A health services organization in New York City is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing Evening shift at one of their nursing homes in Queens.

About the Opportunity:

• Assignment Length: Ongoing
• Shift: Evenings
• Schedule: 4 to 5 shifts per week
• Hours: 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Responsibilities:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for:

• Administering medications
• Assisting with note taking
• Doing patient care (rounds)
• Assisting with note taking
• Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with direct care
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• NYC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
