You will promptly chart and maintain documentation for residents.
You will prepare and administer medications.

Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.
A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
Current CPR certification.
At least one year experience in long term care.
