The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care /Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and follows established policies and procedures. Aurora on France TCU transitional care unit is located in Edina, MN close to south Minneapolis.
The nursing schedule includes;
40 hours per two weeks
Evening shift hours
Every other Weekend

Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
Required:
MN LPN licensure
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
(3 week grace period for BLS)
Able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
