Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising resident care and staff assignments, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures under the direction of the RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses. The role requires maintaining high-quality resident care at all times.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited LPN program with current licensure.

Leadership skills and ability to supervise staff.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

General Duties:

Complete required documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Administer medications and professional nursing services as per physician orders.

Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper treatment administration.

Address resident complaints and maintain communication with the RN Supervisor.
