Position Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will oversee resident care, ensuring adherence to established policies while supervising staff. You will work under the direction of the RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current LPN licensure. Leadership skills and proficiency in English are required.

General Duties:

Complete required documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Administer medications and professional nursing services.

Supervise nursing staff and report on resident status.

Ensure consumer rights are protected and address concerns professionally.
