Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Constant Care Health Services LLC

Constant Care Health Services is a Staffing Agency that provides Excellent Services to our Community. We are currently seeking HealthCare Heros to join our 5 Star facilities throughout the Bronx.

POSITION: LPN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make daily round to observe residents and nursing care
• Provide Bedside Care
• Administer medications and document
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individuals(s)
• Performs other nursing functions related to patient care and nursing service, as delegated by the Nursing Service Administration.
• Licensed Practical Nurses under the supervision of a registered nurse provides medical care, including treatments, administering medication following the direct plan of care for each of our residents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess and maintain a current NYS state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Preferred to have experience in a Long-Term Care environment, but new grads are welcome!
• Must Possess BLS
