About the Job

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist adults with brain injuries or behavioral conditions in a residential setting. The role involves assessing physical health needs, providing person-centered clinical care, administering medication, and facilitating community integration.

Schedule: Thu, Fri 3pm-11pm, Sat 7am-11pm
Salary: $37.50/hour

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and skilled interventions.

Communicate changes in patient status.

Perform individual assessments.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Current LPN license in Massachusetts.

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid US driver's license.
