About the Job

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical care for adults with brain injuries or behavioral conditions in a supportive residential setting. The role involves assessing health needs, administering medication, and fostering community integration for individuals with complex health needs.

Schedule: Sun 9am-11pm, Mon 3pm-11pm, Tue 2pm-11pm, Wed 2pm-11pm
Salary: $37.50/hour

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and skilled interventions.

Communicate changes in patient status and perform assessments.

Assist individuals in overcoming barriers to improve quality of life.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Current LPN license in Massachusetts.

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid US driver's license.

CPR and MAP certification required within specified timelines.
