• Administering direct skilled bedside nursing care.
• Evaluating patient and family needs, assisting in the interdisciplinary care plan.
• Administering treatments and medications under RN supervision.
• Monitoring patient reactions and reporting significant changes.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Documenting clinical notes accurately.
• Establishing therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Participating in patient/family education and professional growth.
• Participating in on-call rotations and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications include a nursing license, one year of nursing experience, and the ability to meet physical demands of the role.
