• Partner with our Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to offer top-tier care for our cherished residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in alignment with best practices and facility guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely ordering of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Adhere to and implement care plans tailored to resident needs.
• Perform tasks including wound care, treatments, and various procedures.
• Diligently document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in line with HIPAA policies.

Who We're Looking For:

• A valid LPN license holder from the State of Florida.
• Professionals with experience in Skilled Nursing (preferred).
• Individuals vaccinated against COVID-19.
