We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for private duty in-home care, offering both full-time and part-time positions with 12-hour day shifts available immediately.

• Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour (or $30.00 if not available every other weekend)
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for full-time day shift
• Benefits available for those working 30+ hours/week, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401K

Ideal candidates should have:

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Availability every other weekend
• Willingness to travel up to 60 miles and work in multiple homes
