Washington Square Offers L.P.N. (Licensed Practical Nurses)

Earn up to $31.09 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Valid Ohio Nursing License or Multi-State License that includes Ohio.
• The license must be in good standing.
• Reliable Transportation 
• Successfully completes facility conducted orientation, mandatory training, and in-service programs.
• Previous long term care experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two stage Mantoux skin test.
• Possesses excellent technical assessment and documentation skills.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
