Licensed Practical Nurse - Discharge Unit PRN - Novant Health

Seeking Licensed Practical Nurse to work in our Discharge Unit transporting patients. 

• Schedule: 7:00am-7:00pm, Day Shift,  PRN (Must be available  Monday-Saturday)
• Department: Hospital Discharge Unit
• Location: Forsyth Medical Center - Winston Salem, NC

NHFMC Discharge Unit is a lounge waiting area for discharged patients on the first floor.  We are seeking an LPN with excellent customer service skills to keep our patients safe as they are being discharged.   Excellent opportunity to get to know employees throughout the hospital and be there for our patients!

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required. 
• Experience: One year of relevant experience, required. 
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required. 
• Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
