Must have knowledge of current procedures, standards and practices employed in nursing.
Understanding of, and compliance with, all AVS policies and procedures.
Ability to develop and maintain an effective working relationship with all physicians, staff, family/ guardians and persons residing at AVS.
Treats persons residing at AVS with respect and dignity.
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to plan and organize time and duties with flexibility.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Must maintain certification in CPR.
