Homecare Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Hiring Now in Covington

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION 

Position Overview

As a Homecare LPN, you'll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include creating care plans, administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring patients' conditions, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You'll also educate patients and their families on their conditions and provide emotional support. Your goal will be to provide compassionate care that promotes patients' overall health and wellbeing.

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time positions available - not accepting PRN applicants*

Position Requirements

• Obtained a Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of LPN experience, Home care experience is preferred
• G-Tube
