Licensed Practical Nurse (All Shifts - every other weekend) - Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center

We are actively seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to fill a full-time overnight position.

Schedules:

Days

• Daytime Hours
• Full-time, every other weekend

PM Shift

• PM Hours
• Full-time, every other weekend

Overnight Shift

• Three (3) 12-hour shifts
• Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Hours: 6:30pm to 7am

General Job Duties:

Our LPN's check vitals, administer meds, assist with patient care, and monitor the overall well-being of each resident. Enriching the lives of others while they themselves are being enriched.

Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current license in the state of Illinois
• Current CPR registration
• Knowledge of the geriatric population in life community settings
• Working knowledge of policy and procedure book
• Recent clinical experience
• Experience with EHR or willingness/ability to learn
