Your New Role

As a Licensed Plumber with Bacik Group, you’re essential to our operation. You’ll tackle complex installations, repairs, and system overhauls, ensuring that our clients receive the high-quality service they count on. Responsibilities include:

• Performing plumbing installations, repairs, and replacements with an emphasis on precision and quality
• Upgrading and maintaining plumbing systems across varied sites
• Managing site setup and cleanup to keep projects organized, safe, and in compliance

• Willingness to Relocate: Must be able to move to Huntsville, Alabama (relocation benefits negotiable)
• Licensed Journeyman: Valid Journeyman Plumbing License required
• Experience: 4+ years of plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work alongside lead plumbers, project managers, and site supervisors
• Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 75 pounds safely and consistently
• Driver’s License: Valid with a clean record
• Background Check: Must be able to pass for military base access
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
