The Insurance Marketplace Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for a team oriented, quality person with a positive attitude to help us service our existing clients and sell new policies with great coverages as a Full-TimeLicensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative. Salary Range: $55000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to educate & advise clients on the best policies and coverages for their unique needs.
• With your keen attention to detail, youll be developing insurance quotes and cross-selling/ rounding out client accounts.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in issuing insurance documentation and assisting clients with policy changes.
• Your exemplary service skills will be put to use by following up to ensure client satisfaction and shopping renewals.

• An Active New York Property & Casualty License required.
• 2+ Years of Personal Lines Insurance Experience Required.
• Experience in quoting Personal Lines insurance policies
• A team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport.
