As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Helping individuals and families secure their tomorrows and protect them from the unexpected is our mission.

We have a combined amount of 65 years of industry experience with our tenured staff, and looking for team members that want to learn with us!
We currently are seeking candidates who can work full time in our Issaquah, WA Agency.
Total Compensation Package Includes Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities = Range: $70,000.00 - $125,000+ per year We also offer RENEWAL COMMISSIONS to our producers!

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Make outbound calls to provided qualified warm leads
- Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer
- Document and notate your work as required
- Manage and organize a sales pipeline
Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED to start position
- Previous insurance experience in a captive agency setting (Allstate Preferred)
- Proven sales track record must provide reports or references to verify sales production
- Have a competitive desire to succeed
- Dependability, and accountability is a MUST
- Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings, and learn WITH US
- Ability to stay disciplined in an independent work environment
- Self starters with a sense of urgency to get the job done right
