Qualifications for the Insurance SalesRepresentative/Agent:
4-40 Insurance License is required
At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Must be computer literate, tech savvy
Works well in a fast paced environment
Must be able to multitask
Very strong interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities for theInsurance SalesRepresentative/Agent:
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established and cross sell to expand portfolio
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- There is some light customer service work on existing policies as back up to the customer service team
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent with at least 2years of solid insurance sales experience.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
- Successful sales background.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
