We are seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Producers who are ready to apply their insurance knowledge and sales skills that have been attained through our top notch training and development program to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income with the proper coverage that fits and protects each clients lifestyle.

*Prior insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required* Allstate experience highly preferred
*Must have a valid IL P&C License in order to start*
Total Comp Package = $50,000 - $90,000 including a base salary DOE $35,000 - $45,000 + anticipated commission and bonuses
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients
- Prospect for clients via the phone, internet, and in-person.
- Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals.
- Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage
Requirements
- Prior proven sales track record *REQUIRED*
- MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License, or be willing to study for and take the state exam
- Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- Be willing and able to travel to and work from our office
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency preferred
