This full-time, P&C licensed Agency Manager & Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for the Property and Casualty Division of a Multifaceted Financial Organization. They are expected to handle customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, sell P&C insurance, complete new business, continue to develop standard operating procedures, and ensure continuity of customer care within the Paradigm Family of Companies. (Paradigm Financial Group, Inc., Elite Collegiate Planning, Inc., and The College Planning Network, Paradigm Insurance Agency, LLC.)

Responsibilities

• Agency Management

Reporting, SOP Documentation, Training, Growth

• Sales

New business development, marketing initiatives, referral sales

• Service

Concierge level customer service for all clients

Communication service offerings of all Paradigm Companies

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Independent Insurance Agency
• Coachability
• Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• 5+ years of Applied Epic experience
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
• Strong phone presence, excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and work independently
• PA Property & Casualty license
