As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents. You’ll play an integral role in fostering a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence, all while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring the highest level of care for residents.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Lead, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and high employee morale.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.

• Monitor financial performance and maintain budgetary controls.

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and overall service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a senior management role within long-term care

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including state and federal requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to build and sustain relationships with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals
