Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - CareCore at Lakeridge

CareCore at Lakeridge is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team.

As the Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations while upholding CareCore Health’s corporate policies and commitment to excellence. This leadership role provides the authority and responsibility to guide our facility toward delivering outstanding resident care and achieving operational goals in collaboration with the Owner/Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staff management and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with corporate standards.
• Provide leadership and support to staff to maintain high-quality care and services for residents.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Operations and ownership to achieve facility goals.
