Seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management / operations of the facility. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care to residents while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The Administrator leads and supports staff, manages budgets, oversees the development of policies, and creates a safe and pleasant enviroment for both residents and staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Extensive knowledge of state, federal and local regulations governing the delivery of Long term care in North Carolina
- Implement operational policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the performance of the facility and make adjustments to optimize care and services.
- Demonstrated experience with staffing management
- Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high standards of service for residents.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve resident care.
- Develop and manage the facility's budget
