Pay and Compensation: You will earn a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Aide (LNA):
- Assist short-term patients and long-term residents in accomplishing activities of daily living (ADLs), personal hygiene, medical care needs and meals.
- Join in care plan interventions and work with residents and their family members to attain and maintain the highest level of independence and maximize participation in their day.
- Perform vital sign checks and participate in other routine monitoring of medical and social care needs.
- Support patients and residents with meaningful activities that match their preferences and abilities.
- Participate on various committees to share feedback and participate with other departments to create the highest practicable quality of care standards.
Requirements of the Licensed Nursing Aide (LNA):
- Current certification from state
- Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
- Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
- Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
