Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and licensed massage therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, therapeutic massage services to guests in various settings, including The Ritz-Carlton Spa Chicago, Leaf Spa Chicago, and in-room services at exclusive hotel properties throughout Chicago. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and customized massage therapy services at various locations, including luxury hotel suites and upscale spas.
• Float and fill in as needed at The Ritz-Carlton Spa Chicago and Leaf Spa Chicago.
• Handle in-room massage requests at partnered hotels, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.
• Deliver a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialized therapies.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all spa policies, safety standards, and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records, including services provided and any relevant health information.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience, preferably in a luxury or spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities.
• Ability to adapt to different environments, including hotel rooms and high-end spas.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation for mobile services around the Chicago area.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
