We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) for full-time positions in our Rockford, IL location.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed in IL
• Willing to provide therapy in a school setting
• Will be providing therapy at Rockford Christian 20 hours per week and Winnebago High School 8 hours per week
• At least one or two years of clinical experience in counseling, diagnosing, and creating treatment plans
• Willing to work at least one evening until 8pm
• Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
• Medicare provider experience
• Mon-Friday schedule

KP Counseling is different because KP partners with a teaching company that allows KP clinical staff to receive free CEU credits for attending the workshops. They can employ students in practicum/internship and candidates in training to work towards licensure.
